Definitions & Interpretation

In these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions apply unless the context otherwise requires:

• "Platform" means the psggc website at psggc.net, mobile applications, and any related digital services operated by psggc.
• "Account" means a registered psggc player account created following successful completion of the registration process.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a Player's psggc Account, excluding bonus funds unless explicitly stated otherwise.
• "Bonus Funds" means any promotional credits, free bets, or incentives awarded to a Player that are subject to wagering requirements before withdrawal.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer verification, the process by which psggc confirms the identity, age, and eligibility of a Player.
• "PAGCOR" means the Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation, the government agency responsible for licensing and regulating online gaming operations in the Philippines.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" means any country, territory, or region from which access to psggc's services is restricted under applicable law.
• "Wager" means any bet, stake, or game participation involving real-money or bonus funds placed through the Platform.

References to "including" or "in particular" are illustrative and do not limit the generality of any preceding statement. Headings are for convenience only and shall not affect the interpretation of these Terms.

Eligibility & Account Registration

To register a psggc account and access any paid gaming services, you must meet all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and at all times during which you hold an active account:

• You are at least 21 years of age as required under Philippine gaming regulations;
• You are a resident of or physically located in the Philippines or another jurisdiction where access to psggc's services is lawful;
• You are not accessing psggc from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited;
• You are not a PAGCOR employee, psggc employee, or a direct family member of such an employee;
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent or representative of another person;
• You have not previously been self-excluded from psggc or another licensed gaming platform and had that exclusion remain in effect;
• You hold valid, verifiable identification documents acceptable for KYC purposes in the Philippines (e.g., Philippine Passport, SSS ID, PhilSys National ID, UMID, Driver's License, PRC ID, or Voter's ID).

Registration requires you to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in the Philippines, mobile number, and email address. Providing false registration information is a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of any balance held.

Account Security & Responsibilities

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your psggc account credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You agree to:

• Choose a strong, unique password and update it periodically;
• Enable two-factor authentication via your registered Philippine mobile number;
• Not share your account credentials with any other person under any circumstances;
• Log out of your account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;
• Notify psggc support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your account.

psggc will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to comply with these security obligations. Any activity conducted through your account — whether authorized by you or not — remains your responsibility until such time as you notify psggc in writing of a suspected breach and psggc has had reasonable opportunity to act on that notification.

psggc reserves the right to suspend or lock any account where unusual activity, suspected unauthorized access, or security concerns are identified, without prior notice to the account holder, pending investigation.

Deposits, Withdrawals & Payment Terms

All transactions on psggc are conducted in Philippine Peso (₱) unless otherwise stated. The following terms apply to all financial transactions on the Platform:

4.1 Deposits

• psggc accepts deposits via GCash, Maya, GrabPay, QR Ph, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, InstaPay, PesoNet, Coins.ph, Visa/Mastercard, and USDT TRC20;
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply per payment method and are displayed at the point of transaction;
• Deposits are credited to your psggc Balance upon confirmation from the payment processor. psggc is not responsible for delays caused by third-party payment providers;
• psggc does not accept deposits from third-party accounts. Deposits must originate from a payment method registered in your own name.

4.2 Withdrawals

• Withdrawal requests will only be processed to a payment method registered in your name that matches your verified KYC identity;
• All pending wagering requirements on Bonus Funds must be satisfied before any associated funds can be withdrawn;
• psggc reserves the right to request additional documentation before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with PAGCOR anti-money laundering obligations;
• Processing times vary by payment channel. GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within minutes during business hours. Bank transfer withdrawals may take up to 3 business days.

Bonuses & Promotions

psggc may offer bonuses, free bets, reload offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. The following general terms apply to all psggc promotions unless a specific promotion's terms state otherwise:

• Bonuses are available to players aged 21 and above who have completed the psggc registration and KYC verification process;
• Each promotion has a specified wagering requirement (turnover requirement) that must be completed within the stated time period before withdrawal is permitted;
• Wagering on games with an RTP above a stated threshold, or games excluded from bonus wagering, will not contribute to meeting wagering requirements;
• Only one bonus may be active at a time unless explicitly stated in the promotion terms;
• psggc reserves the right to amend, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice;
• Any bonus obtained through fraudulent means, exploitation of platform errors, or in violation of these Terms will be forfeited in full together with any winnings derived from such bonus.

Specific terms for individual promotions — including minimum qualifying deposit, eligible games, maximum bet size when a bonus is active, and expiry dates — are published alongside each promotion on the psggc Platform. Players are responsible for reading and understanding promotion-specific terms before claiming any offer.

Betting Rules & Game Conduct

All bets placed on psggc are subject to the specific rules of the relevant game or sport. In general, the following principles apply across all psggc products:

• All bets are final once confirmed. psggc does not accept cancellation requests after a bet has been accepted by the system;
• In the event of a technical fault during a game round — including server interruption, connection loss, or game software error — psggc will resolve the round in accordance with its technical fault policy, which may result in the round being voided and stakes returned;
• psggc's decision on the outcome of any bet or game dispute is final and binding, subject to formal complaint procedures outlined in Section 12;
• For sports betting, if a match or event is cancelled, postponed for more than 36 hours, or otherwise abandoned before completion, bets will generally be voided and stakes returned unless specific rules for the competition state otherwise;
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply per game and per market. These limits are displayed within each game or betting market interface.

Prohibited Activities & Fraud

The following activities are strictly prohibited on psggc. Any player found to have engaged in prohibited conduct will have their account suspended immediately, their balance frozen pending investigation, and may be reported to PAGCOR and relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tool to place bets or interact with the Platform;
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in poker, live casino games, or any other multiplayer format;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or display glitches to generate credits or winnings that would not have been awarded under normal operation;
• Engaging in money laundering, structuring transactions to evade AML reporting thresholds, or using psggc funds for any illegal financial activity;
• Creating multiple accounts to claim duplicate bonuses or circumvent responsible gaming restrictions;
• Providing false identity information during registration or KYC verification;
• Attempting to access another player's account without authorization;
• Using psggc's platform while self-excluded or in violation of a PAGCOR exclusion order.

Responsible Gaming

psggc is committed to promoting responsible gaming among all Filipino players. We recognize that gambling can become harmful if not conducted within reasonable personal limits. The following responsible gaming tools are available to all psggc account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps on your account via your account settings;
• Session Time Limits: Configure alerts that notify you when you have been actively playing for a defined period;
• Cooling-Off Period: Temporarily suspend your account for a defined period (24 hours to 30 days) without permanently closing it;
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely close your psggc account. Self-excluded players will not receive any promotional communications and will be refused service if they attempt to re-register during the exclusion period.

Intellectual Property

All content on the psggc Platform — including but not limited to software, game interfaces, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, digital downloads, data compilations, and the overall design and compilation of the Platform — is the exclusive property of psggc or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable Philippine and international intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the psggc Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any psggc content;
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any psggc software;
• Use psggc's trademarks, logos, or brand elements without prior written consent;
• Frame or mirror any portion of the Platform on any other website or digital service.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, psggc's total cumulative liability to you for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

psggc shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill, arising from:

• Your use of or inability to access the Platform;
• Any unauthorized access to or alteration of your transmissions or data;
• Interruptions, delays, or technical failures of the Platform or its underlying infrastructure;
• Third-party payment processing delays or failures;
• Force majeure events including natural disasters, government actions, civil unrest, or events beyond psggc's reasonable control.

psggc makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components. The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.

Privacy & Data Protection

psggc collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms part of these Terms by reference. By registering for a psggc account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

psggc processes personal data for purposes including account management, identity verification, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and (with your consent) marketing communications. psggc will not sell your personal data to third parties for their own marketing purposes. Data may be shared with PAGCOR, the AMLC, and other Philippine regulatory authorities as required by law.

Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the breach, termination, or invalidity thereof, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Makati City, Metro Manila, Philippines, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Before initiating formal legal proceedings, both parties agree to attempt in good faith to resolve any dispute through psggc's internal complaints process. To lodge a formal complaint, contact psggc support at [email protected] with the subject line "Formal Complaint." psggc will acknowledge your complaint within 2 business days and provide a substantive response within 10 business days.

Amendments & Termination

13.1 Amendments. psggc reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via their registered email address or in-platform notification at least 7 days before the changes take effect, except where immediate changes are required by PAGCOR or applicable law. Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

13.2 Termination by psggc. psggc may suspend or terminate your account immediately and without prior notice if you breach any provision of these Terms, if we are required to do so by PAGCOR or a Philippine court or regulatory authority, or if we determine in our sole discretion that your continued use of the Platform poses a risk to psggc, other players, or the integrity of the Platform. In the event of termination for cause, any bonus funds and winnings derived from bonus funds may be forfeited.

13.3 Termination by Player. You may close your psggc account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account (after deduction of any amounts owed to psggc) will be returned to your verified payment method within a reasonable period, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.
